Common questions
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. You can plan and follow every session on your iPhone. With a paired Apple Watch, Dromo schedules sessions in Apple’s Workout app, and there’s no separate Watch app to install.
Do I need an account?
No. There’s no sign-in, and your training stays on your iPhone.
A session isn’t on my Watch yet.
Sessions go to your Watch a week before. To send one sooner, open it and choose Send to Watch, or sync the week from the Watch tab. Check that Dromo is allowed to schedule workouts.
My run didn’t match its session.
Dromo matches runs from Apple Health. Check that Health matching is on in Settings and that Dromo can read workouts in Apple Health. Late Health samples can take a moment to arrive.
How do I move my plan to a new iPhone?
Training files are kept out of automatic backups. In Settings, export a backup, then restore it on the new iPhone.
How do I delete my data?
Delete plans from the Plan menu, or delete the app to remove everything stored on your iPhone. Exported backups need deleting separately. See the privacy policy.
Is Dromo medical advice?
No. Illness and pain controls adjust your training and point concerning symptoms to a doctor. They don’t diagnose anything or clear you to run.
